The Khokimiyat of Tashkent region, in accordance with previous agreements with the Egyptian company “SOLYPHAR”, allocate officially a land plot on the territory of the free economic zone “Bustanlikfarm” in the amount of 8 hectares for the organization of production of solid dosage forms in the form of tablets, hard gelatin capsules and dosed powders, and oral solutions, – reports the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This joint project will be implemented in accordance with the agreements reached during the official visit of the President of Egypt, Mr.Abdul-Fattah al-Sisi in Uzbekistan in September 2018.

It is envisaged to implement the project in three stages from 2021 to 2024, the amount of investment from the company “SOLYPHAR” will be more than 20 million US dollars, in accordance to the international GMP standards.
