GMP Registry Update: New Certificate Issuances by February 13, 2026

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has added new data to the “Information on Issued, Withdrawn Certificates of Compliance of Manufacturers of Medicinal Products for Medical Use with the Requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice of the Eurasian Economic Union and Certificates Suspended or Terminated.” Between February 6 and 11, 2026, the regulator issued 6 new certificates to Russian and foreign manufacturers. No decisions to refuse issuance were recorded in this update.

Geography and Key Recipients

In mid-February, the registry was updated with entries for production sites from three countries: Russia, Germany, and France. A total of 6 sites received positive decisions.

Among Russian companies, Tyumen Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant OJSC (TKHFZ OJSC), Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology JSC (IPHIK JSC), and KHARMS LLC received confirmation of compliance.

The international segment is represented by German manufacturers Haupt Pharma Amareg GmbH and Simtra Deutschland GmbH, as well as the French site Elaiapharm.
