In Public Services, it is now possible to issue a COVID certificate based on the results of an antibody test. The corresponding order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Such a certificate, which will be valid for 6 months, can be issued only once and only on condition that the user has not previously received a certificate of a disease or vaccination.
Positive results with any level of antibodies (immunoglobulins G) are accepted for registration of the certificate.
The Ministry of Health recommends making sure that the laboratory transmits the results to Public Services before passing the analysis. You need to take your passport, SNILS and MHI policy with you.
The certificate based on the results of antibody tests will appear in the personal account on Public Services after submitting the application. The document will be available in both Russian and English.
The function of forming certificates based on medical contraindications to vaccination against COVID-19 has also started working in Public Services. Information about the presence of contraindications is also transmitted from the relevant registry of the Ministry of Health, and the certificate, depending on the type of medical withdrawal, is valid either for 30 days or indefinitely.
