The resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow plans to complete the construction of a new large pharmaceutical production at Alabushevo site this year. The enterprise will produce drugs for the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal systems, digestive tract, as well as antimicrobial drugs.
The area of the new production complex of BRIGHTWAY GROUP is 35 thousand m², the company leases a land plot of more than three hectares.

Medical technologies began to approach SEZ Technopolis Moscow very quickly. Over the months of last year, residents of this cluster more than tripled their investments – the amount exceeded 13 billion rubles. The new pharmaceutical plant, which is expected to be built in 2022, will produce about 80 types of medicines. This probably reduces the cost of importing medicines.
Since 2018, the company has been a resident of the Moscow SEZ. Thanks to this status, the enterprise has a number of preferences and benefits, and convenient logistics and modern infrastructure of the capital’s technopolis allow the organization to concentrate its potential on research, accelerated creation and launch of innovative products on the market.

The investor will invest 2.8 billion rubles in the implementation of the project, almost 370 workplaces will be created here. The enterprise will produce a wide range of drugs for the treatment of the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal systems, digestive tract, as well as antimicrobials for systemic use. At this stage, the installation of engineering networks has been completed, facade work is underway.
SEZ Technopolis Moscow includes five sites with a total area of 223.3 hectares: one in Pechatniki and four in Zelenograd – Alabushevo, Mikron, MIET, Angstrem. Residents are provided with special support measures, for example, they are exempted from paying property, transport, land tax, customs duties. The income tax rate for them is only two percent. There are also benefits for the lease of land allocated for the construction of an enterprise, and upon its completion, it is possible to buy out a leased land plot for one percent of its cadastral value.
According to Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow, due to tax incentives, all residents of the Moscow SEZ saved 407 million rubles over the nine months of last year, and the total amount of tax incentives for the entire period of operation of the Moscow SEZ exceeded 3.4 billion rubles, which entrepreneurs were able to invest in the development of their production.
